Thank you for shopping with KidneyCo. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing Times

We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time may be longer during periods of high demand, product shortages, or unexpected delays.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping (within your primary selling region): 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • International shipping (if offered): Delivery times vary by destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.


3. Shipping Carriers

KidneyCo partners with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Common carriers include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • Other region-specific courier partners

Carrier availability may vary depending on your location.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (when available). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
KidneyCo is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost packages due to customer address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request it to be reshipped at your expense.

5.2 Carrier Delays

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by the carrier. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is outside our direct control.


6. Damages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kidneycatco@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Your order number

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Look for a delivery notice

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Notify us if the carrier is unable to locate the parcel

KidneyCo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


8. International Duties, Taxes & Customs (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Carrier brokerage fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.


9. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes a pre-order or out-of-stock item:

  • It may be shipped separately

  • You will be notified of any extended delays


10. Changes to Your Order

To request an address change or adjust your order, contact us immediately at kidneycatco@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
